Lest you think that V2MOMs are just for companies, just a fancy term for an OKR, or just gobbley-gook people write down to make themselves feel better, I thought I'd share the personal one I wrote in mid-2023.
At the time, I was out of work, over-weight, highly stressed, not present, uncertain of the future. Here's what I drafted into a Google doc and what I have since gone back to on a weekly (if not more frequent) basis to hold myself accountable.
